When are we open?

Reception is open daily by appointment.

When is check-in and check-out time?

Arrival is after 3 pm but can be earlier by prior arrangement. The departure is before 10 am.

Are there bed linen and towels in the apartment?

Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Do you have parking?

Free private parking is provided for each guest.

How do I book a sauna?

You can book a sauna by phone or email. Please sign the sheet to the left of the reception desk.

How much does a sauna cost?

We offer a private sauna, which means we prepare it just for you. The extra charge for one person is 24€, and each additional person 10€. Refreshments, towels, and sheets are provided in the sauna.

Do you offer breakfast?

If you would like breakfast, it is available upon prior reservation. You can choose from our menu. Breakfast is available for an extra 10€ per person.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in our apartments. Extra charge for pets is 10€ per day.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Laundry and drying facilities are available. An extra charge is 10€ per wash.

Do you have space to store your bikes?

Bicycles can be stored in our garage, which is accessible via the staircase of the apartment building. Or in our bike storage shed.

Do you offer room cleaning?

Room or apartment cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Do all apartments have a balcony or terrace?

Certain apartments have a balcony or terrace.

1.) Check-in: 15.00-19.00

HOUSE RULES

1.) Parties and events are not allowed.

2.) Smoking is prohibited indoors.

3.) There must be peace and quiet between 10 and 7 am.

4.) Breakfast is only available during the summer season. It is served in the multifunctional room of the House of Active Break. Extra charge: 10€/person/breakfast if you choose.

5.) Pets are welcome - extra charge: 10€/pet/day.

6.) Parking is free of charge.

7.) The sauna is not open during the summer season.

8.) Guests are responsible for their apartment or room during their stay. If any damage occurs during the stay, it will be assessed and certified by the owner and guests will have to pay for it. 

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1.) The number of guests allowed depends on the individual reservation. The number of guests in an apartment or room can never exceed the number stated at the time of booking.

2.) Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail and voucher. However, you must pay 30% of the reservation value to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must then be made up to 3 days before arrival.

3.) You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel 13 days or less before arrival, you will not be entitled to a refund.
